Once a high-ranking member of the Golden Dawn and an author of multiple books on white magic, Billy was seduced to join the order's ranks by The Elder in his vain attempts to cultivate a theoretical 'dream team' of practitioners to fulfill his deeds. Discouraged by restrictions imposed by the Golden Dawn, he initated into the OAD and immersed himself in its teachings.
His expert knowledge of the Qabala and ceremonial magic qualified him to oversee and direct the esoteric rites taking place within the walls of Casa Diaboli. In some ways he is the co-conspirator to The Elder's grand scheme, architecting the groundwork for its magical workings and aiding its magicians to achieve their shared goal.
